The purpose of The Progress Project is to get you results. Results never come overnight, but with consistent progress in the direction of your desired result, they can be achieved. By taking on the project, you will be guided by a sequence of questions towards clarity on your goals, your deep-seeded reasons for wanting to attain them and what will be required of you to achieve them. At the end of every day, week, month, quarter and year, there will be another sequence of questions which will guide you in proper reflection of your experiences to effectively learn from these experiences for constant improvement. Lastly, it will have daily questions for you to remain consistent with your progress and space to express gratitude so you begin each day in a beautiful state.
