Why do I want to buy from Webdelico?

We are a USA based bookstore that distributes brand new books worldwide. 
Having five distribution centers has facilitated us to provide faster and more convenient delivery of books in the USA and as well as worldwide.

What are the shipping options?
Shipping All items fast and secure. The majority of orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground if requested. There is an option at checkout to add a Signature of Delivery for extra security & peace of mind. This means you need to sign for your parcel. If you are not home, the courier will take it to your local post office for collection. We also offer expedited shipments upon request, we will quote the shipment and let you know of the estimated cost. If agreed we will process the order and add the shipping charge to your invoice. 

All items ordered by 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. 

“International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. “Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.”

We charge an extra shipping cost of $7 to the following destinations.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Guam/Virgin Island

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as your item leaves our facility. 

Should an item arrive with damaged packaging, or if the item was damaged during shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.  You can email us during our business hours at (email address).

In the case of a return due to a manufacturer defect, the cost of return shipping will be free.  All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase ship date. 

Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.  If you received free shipping, the cost that we paid to ship the item to you will not be refunded.

When will I receive my order?

Once you successfully placed the order.  We start processing your order in the following business day and dispatch it to the carrier. Our carrier is USPS. Once it’s on its way to you, You’ll get notified with the tracking number. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days for local delivery of the book. Our estimation for international orders is 15-21 business days. This estimation can vary with the factors such as distance, local holidays, and any other factor, which is out of the carrier’s control.

What would I do if I never received my order?

Webdelico always ensures a secure order delivering process. We are always committed to providing you a better service. Please feel free to contact our customer services. We are always ready to assist you to get your favorite book to your hand.

While contacting us, please consider the following points also.
          You can track your order by visiting our website “Track Order” page.
          You can use this tracking information to view the most up-to-date tracking from the carrier.
          The estimated date by USPS may change, due to the factors out of the control of the carrier. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We always arrange our packaging to ensure the safety of the book and to deliver it to your hand.
However, If you have received a book with defective conditions please drop a message to our chatbox we will assist you to return the book back to us. Based on your preference we can either arrange a refund or replacement.

Can I change the order?

Unfortunately, we can only make changes to your order unless we have started processing your order because once you checkout we directly pass order details to our warehouses to make sure a speedy delivery. 
If you have ordered something that you don’t want you can return it back to us within 30 days from the date you received it.
If the carrier cannot locate your address because of an incorrect name or address, the package will automatically return to us at no cost to you. Once we received the package either we can issue you a refund or ship it to the correct address

Can I cancel the order?

Unfortunately, we can only cancel an order if the warehouse has not started processing the order. Once you placed the order, we directly moved to our warehouse to ensure fast delivery.
You can always refuse to accept the delivery and the package will be sent back to us at no cost to you. Once it is returned to us we will refund the full amount.
