Description
When Ayla saw her mother sitting cross-legged, listening to peaceful music, she wanted to know what she was doing. “I’m meditating,” said Ayla’s mom. “Would you like to try?”
The music made Ayla think of birds flying gracefully through the air.
“Yes, I want to meditate,” she said. Benjamin wanted to learn, too,
and soon the Bunny family was sitting on the floor together meditating.
Afterwards, they sat in a circle and shared their experiences.
Benjamin said, “I wasn’t worried about anything.”
“I felt free, like a duck floating on a pond,” said Ayla.
The instructions in this new book by Kim Broder are easy to follow, and anyone of any age can have fun learning to meditate. As with Kim’s other Bunny books, the illustrations are extraordinary.
