Review
In my high school days, I was obsessed with reading C.S. Lewis, D.J. MacHale, J.K. Rowling and many others. Now, as an adult, I have once again become enthralled by a high fantasy book. The world presented in “Portals of Amerthine” is as rich and full of lively characters as the most well-known realms in fantasy literature. K.D.M. Zajac has successfully created a world as real as ours, weaving in magical qualities that compel you to keep turning the page. As time passes by, it becomes more difficult to revert to that place of pure, untainted, youthful reading, but Zajac manages to do this in a unique way, taking me to that place with a mature but still playful perspective. I’m sure that all readers will enjoy the same experience! – Ann Collins, Book Reviewer
