Amazon.com Review
My mother has a fascination with angels, and it has rubbed off on me. I’ve seen a lot of books on this popular topic, but this is the first I’ve encountered that transcends the religious boundaries we’ve imposed on angels, and views them as luminous beings who are eager to help anyone who asks. A sense of peace came over me while I read this book, and several times I caught myself saying, “Yes! That’s right!”

According to the philosopher and inventor Marshall McCluhan, we live in a “Global Village.” With the explosive growth of communications, our world seems to get smaller every day. As a result, it becomes harder to say that one magickal method belongs to a particular tradition. More and more, people want to use whatever works.
And I think that’s good. There is no real reason to limit ourselves. Western spiritual groups frequently employ the eastern chakras, for example. That’s why the time has come for a Wiccan to write about angels. And that’s what Silver RavenWolf has done in her book
Angels.
Many people think of angels originating in and therefore being limited to Judaism and Christianity. But angels are real, and you can contact them no matter your faith. As Silver writes, “Angels transcend all cultures, races and systems. They are a part of human history and civilization, sometimes at the forefront, other times in the shadows, but they are always there.” And with her book you can use them to enhance your magick no matter what system you practice.
They can help you with divination and healing, making talismans, and casting simple spells. They can be guides and helpers and friends who want to hear from you and help you. This book shows you how to simply and easily bring them into your life and work with them on a daily basis. Silver writes, “I work with angels all the time now.” Perhaps you should, too.
It’s not hard. You’ll discover in this book how to set up an altar dedicated to the angels, which ones to call on for various purposes, and the exact rituals to call them with. You’ll also learn how to work with the angels when doing Tarot or rune readings and a wide variety of ways of creating talismans.
If you’re ready to enhance and improve your magick, angels may be the key. And
Angels is the book you’ll need.
