About the Author
Nora Day is a 500 E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified teacher and has studied the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea, and David Williams. She incorporates meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Ashtanga styles into her unique yoga philosophy.
